  My wife and I have purchased a lot from this location and on this particular purchase, the customer service was dreadful. We bought an expensive dresser that was part of a new bed set we purchased a month earlier, we paid for delivery and told them that we needed it delivered for that Friday at the latest. We were assured that it would be. Friday came along, we called the customer service for Ashley Delivery and provided them with a phone number to call when they reached our house. They never called that number and as far as I'm concerned, never showed up for the delivery. I spent hours on the phone with customer service and they just kept blaming me for not answering the door. I continuously told them that we had left notes indicating that they needed to call a specific number when they arrived. We were basically told that there was nothing that they could do, and that the drivers waited 15 minutes and then left. Horrible service. When we called the store, the sales man seemed like he wanted to help. He called the delivery drivers and asked them to come back to my house and deliver the dresser, they refused. They were also going to charge me an extra 50$ for not answering the door. The sales man is called "Mo", not sure how to spell that, but he seemed good at first. He told me over the phone that he would reimburse me for the delivery (99$) no problem and that he would call me back Sunday (it was Friday at that point). Well, I never received that call. My wife and I went into the store to speak to them and the Manager at the Regent location did nothing to help us, he said he had no power and that he could offer us 80$ off of any other purchase made at the store that day. I then told the Manager that Mo indicated that we would be reimbursed the 99$ for delivery. At this point, Mo acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. He denied it all, even when I said that I wasn't going to hold it against him (Not make them give me the reimbursement). This has simply been a terrible experience, probably one of the worst experiences my wife and I have ever had. I also purchased additional warranty on the bed and am now regretting that decision, based on the customer service at Ashley headquarters. My family has always had bad experiences with this store, however the furniture is quite nice and well priced when it's on sale.
