- Chuck Smithers Added 2017-12-10★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bought a floor model fridge from St James Brick for a discount due to dents scratches.
Just installed fridge after our Reno’s and ice maker and water not working properly. Called spoke to manufacturer they tell me it was used fridge and was sold Aug 2014! Called appliance mgr Andy Issac he said rep likely didn’t know it was 3 years old! I said the fridge has 3 years wear on it and I am not asking for a new fridge just the 3 years of warranty to cover the extra undisclosed wear. He said he wasn’t prepared to do anything for us!? Note to all check and ask for I service date and check manufacturer date inside the fridge. #nothappy #costconexttime
