  I started taking my daughter to children's dental world from the age of 6 months till her 4 year old check up. I trusted them for my daughter teeth needs and they totally let my daughter down. This place is not organized and the reception can be rude at times. The dentist was friendly but not thorough and missed on what work should of been addressed on multiple occasions! After the last visit something seemed off as they told us that she has a little surface cavity and to make another appointment to correct... I followed my gut and have decided to take her to my regular dentist for a recheck 3 days after Children's Dental World seen her and was advised that she has 4 cavities and he would recommend us going to Tots to Teens. My dentist felt so bad for us he called Tots to Teens explained the situation and got us in for another recheck right away. Tots to teens confirmed that there was 4 cavities and 4 other spots to watch... How does this go from 1 surface cavity to 4 cavities and 4 teeth to watch a week after the original check up date? We were quoted a bill of $1900.00 which needed to be done. She had the surgery and they advised us that the cavities were deep and close to the root but we were lucky we addressed them when we did. Where was Children's Dental World for my daughters needs for the past 4 years? I have called the dental association to advise them of the issues and to lodge a complaint. End of the day, I couldn't be any happier with the service and workmanship from Tots to teens. I will never be going back or have anything good to say about Children's Dental World. "STAY AWAY"
