  Two weeks ago, we went to here to buy a mattress, dinning table and sofa, Everything looks good in store, Sales told us could pay a small deposit and if we decided to buy, just give him a call and pay the rest. But this was not the whole story.
  When we decided to buy, we called that guy many times, he did not pick up or call back. Finally he called back and told us to pay the rest of money. we went to store, find out the item he ordered was not what he told us, again we try to call him, no response again. the manager was very nice and offer us free refund if we found the item is not what we want.
  
  The next day they delivery to my home, we found the dinning table was wrong, the sofa was wrong as well. We did not accept table and sofa. We called the service center, service center told us, out sales will contact with us. Unfortunately two days passed, nobody called us.
  
  We went to the store the third time, we still hope they can correct the mistake and give us the table and sofa we want. Our sales was in the store that day, he correct the order, we think everything will be good. But we were wrong.....
  
  After one week, they delivery to us again, to us surprise, still the exactly SAME wrong table and wrong sofa. We have to reject again, the service told us the same thing, our sales will call us, 3 days passed, nobody called us. We have to go to the store the fourth time.
  
  This time our sales "happened" in the store and told us, the manufacturer send a wrong order. whatever, I don't care any more. We asked the refund and left the store without saying anything. We have give them the chance to fix it, but finally we lost the trust to this store and will not back again.

  I am so disappointed with my experience at Ashley Furniture. Me and my husband saved up and decided to buy our four year old a fun “big boy bed” for his birthday. We planned to redecorate his room to go with the bed and included all of his extended family in buying blankets and bedding sets to really make his birthday special. After ordering the bed about a month or so ahead of time, after having the sales person joke how “we better not mess up this delivery or we’ll have a sad little four year old on our hands”, and after my husband and I take the day off from work to facilitate the bed coming in and decorating his room for his big birthday surprise, I receive a phone call a day and a half prior to the bed arriving that it won’t be coming in. I spoke with a delivery person who told me that “regardless, the bed isn’t coming in tomorrow, do you want it or not?”. I then phoned Ashley furniture and the representative said that she would talk with the manager to see what they could do and that she would return my call ASAP. Three hours later, I had received no return call. I called Ashley again and the representative Angela said that she was helping out the other representative from earlier, that nothing could be done and that I would need to wait for the bed. After asking if I could confirm that a manager was spoken with, she said that a manager wasn’t in and wouldn’t be in until the next morning. So, no discussion was held. Following, she told me that if I canceled, I’d be charged a 10% administrative fee.
  
  I am so upset and so sad for my son who’s birthday surprise is no longer able to happen. I put my faith, trust and money in a company who did not deliver and did not care about the stress and disappointment they placed on my family. Me and my husband are unable to get back our time off from work, and my son is unable to get his birthday surprise for his 4th birthday.
