- Trevor Francis Added 2017-08-03★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Received an email from Indigo about some fantastic sale items - checked stock online to confirm it was in store, then raced down to purchase. Annnnd it was full price - the sale price is only online. And they wouldn't match their online price. But - here's the rub - I could order online and have it shipped to the store. Wait . . . what?? I'm here now!! Staff is great at the store - I'm just upset about their corporate policies. Left the store, and within about 3 minutes of research found Amazon has a better sale price. Go figure. If I'm leaving the store, I'm going to be a bit more dilligent about pricing. Surprise Indigo management!! You lost the sale completely ( and a few future ones) due to policies that best belonged there about 15 years ago. Mirror the sale prices in your emails at your stores!!
