I was there on a Thursday evening (4pm) and the staff on site were very helpful, three different people checked on me to see if I had questions a few times. There were some good deals to be had and nice pieces available
However I was very disappointed to drive 30 minutes to arrive there Friday afternoon at 1:20 PM only to be locked out. The store opens at 12 and they had taped a sign in the window that they would be closed until 2pm for a staff event. The phone message said "We are currently open" so you may want to double check.
