This place is routinely swamped with people. It's a nut house! You can rarely find what you're looking for because they'll have one item in one of 5 possible places.
The self-check is a gong-show. Long lines and sensitive bagging areas that are so temperamental relative to other self-checks at other stores.
Produce is often picked over and occasionally moldy.
And good luck trying to find a staff member to help you locate an item. You'll be there forever.
And then there's the whole ordeal of having to pack your own groceries. The cashiers are shunting stuff down the conveyor belts so quickly and then they're on to the next order, and then the order after that is piling up behind yours!
While the prices are very competitive, I'd rather pay more and get better service elsewhere.
