- Phil Swart Added 2018-05-30★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went here for the flu shot which was given by the pharmacist. I woke up the next morning and couldn't move my arm. Went to the doctor and they said the shot was given much to high on my shoulder instead of in the muscle it was given directly into my tendon which gave me subacromial bursitis. It has been a month now with no improvement. If they can't even give a shot properly, just imagine what they're doing to your prescription.
